1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ace Horizon Studios ("Company", "we", "us", "our") concerning your access to and use of the acehorizonstudio.com website and any related services, products, games, or digital assets (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Services and all content — including source code, databases, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are our proprietary property or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Our Unity assets (CraftCards, CraftMap, and future assets) are licensed under the Unity Asset Store Terms of Service and EULA. The Asset Store EULA governs your use of those products.

3. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users of our Services or community channels

4. Products and Purchases

Games: Our games are sold through Steam (Valve Corporation). Purchases, refunds, and related disputes are governed by Steam's Subscriber Agreement.

Unity Assets: Our Unity assets are sold through the Unity Asset Store. Purchases, licensing, and refunds are governed by the Unity Asset Store Terms.

We do not process payments directly. All payment processing is handled by the respective platform.

5. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you consent to receiving emails from us containing updates, product announcements, and related content. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email.

6. Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites (Steam, YouTube, Discord, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites. Access them at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ACE HORIZON STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ace Horizon Studios, its founder, and any affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of São Luís, Maranhão, Brazil.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
